What this app is

Sydney Personal Records Reader is a private app for one person. Sydney Fowler runs it to read her own health records. It is not offered to anyone else.

How it works

• Read-only. The app only reads records. It never writes to or changes any data held by a health system.
• Only what is approved. The app reads only the record categories Sydney approves through MyChart.
• Access can be revoked anytime. Sydney can turn off the app's access at any time in MyChart's linked-apps settings.

Privacy

• Records the app reads are saved only to Sydney's own private storage.
• Records are not sold or shared with anyone.
• This website does not store any health data.
